Details:
As integral organizers of IMPACT 10 we had great ideas and challenges.
This event required the total organization of an International Bilingual Conference that he should have  academic talks, exhibitions, workshops, and an open portfolio event.
We had to take care of the theoretical organization and definition of the objectives. Definition of the theme, topics and sub-events. Search and selection of the host city. Search for spaces for each activity. Search for supports, sponsorships and collaborating entities. Organize the administration, development of updated databases of potential delegates. Contacts and dissemination of the event. Web developments - Internet and social networks. Development of applications proposal. Term, conditions, administration and selection of proposals. Hiring of personnel and suppliers. Search for  spaces and develop proposals for satellite exhibitions.
Selection of academic papers proposals, exhibitions, workshops and open portfolio. Organization of each event. Curation and setting of the exhibitions. Design and realization of graphic and digital material. Posters, catalogs, guides, etcetera.
