Details:
As integral organizers of the IV Conference and International Festival of Antarctic Culture we have had the challenge of being able to gather, in the city of Buenos Aires, artists of all disciplines in an International Conference that will accommodate them and give them the necessary spaces to speak and exhibit their works.
This event required the total organization of an International Bilingual Conference that should have talks, exhibitions, concerts, festivals and an event in which primary school children presented the works of their perception of the polar reality in dialogue with the works of the artists.
We had to take care of the theoretical organization and definition of objectives. Search for spaces for each activity. Search for supports, sponsorships and collaborating entities. Administrative organization. Contacts and dissemination of the event. Term, conditions, administration and selection of proposals. Hiring of personnel and suppliers.
Selection of proposals for talks, exhibitions, participants of the music and dance festivals and the total organization of the event with the children. Organization of each event. Curation and setting the exhibitions. Design and realization of graphic and digital material. Posters, catalogs, guides, etcetera.
